Unlock the Secrets to Getting Paid as an
End-of-Life Doula and Make a Living and Life You Love!
(even if you doubt it or are scared)

The way to get clients is to: grind through endless presentations, network tirelessly, or host events like Death Cafés just to get clients, that’s some pretty tough advice to swallow. If that worked, we would not be hearing the lament about how hard it is to gain clients. If you are not going to where the clients who need you are, then no matter how many talks you give -
you'll still struggle.

The way to get clients is: by picking a niche, so that you are narrowing your focus: they say it is the key to attracting clients. They also say..."you can't be everything to everybody, so you have got to get good at ONE thing. It sounds reasonable, but doesn't apply here, unless you have such a consistent flow of clients that you can pick and choose.
There is another way.

The way to get clients: is to offer a Sliding Fee Scale. It is one of the biggest myths and bad pieces of advice floating around - that you would lower your fees. They say it is the best way to attract clients who can’t afford your rates and to serve them. Unfortunately, that’s one of the quickest ways to sink a business before it even takes off, AND in the long run hurts the very people yo are intending to help...

How do I market, ask for, and charge for this work?
How do I get other people to understand why a doula matters?
Where are the clients who are willing AND able to pay?
How do I talk to hospices, physicians, and attorneys?
What if I have no business background?
What if I have no clinical background?
Can I actually make a living doing this?
We believe in the power of possibility and the strength of well-nurtured dreams. Your passion for this sacred work is a seed that, with the right support, can grow into a flourishing practice or career. However, stepping into this field without guidance or a supportive community can leave one feeling isolated and unsure.
Some doulas have tried to enter the market by lowering their prices to attract clients. This often backfires, hindering their ability to earn a sustainable living and leading to burnout. Additionally, low prices may unintentionally suggest a lack of professionalism or experience,
diminishing trust in the quality of care.
It's the logical place to start as hospices are in the business of end-of-life care. However, hospices often see external doulas as unnecessary or redundant due to their established protocols and staffing. Taking a different approach to attracting hospices is
key to impacting patient satisfaction, quality outcomes and creating a competitive advantage.
It is smart to have healthcare referral sources in the marketing mix, but most doulas don't understand how to approach healthcare providers, nor is there a proven, repeatable system to cultivate these referral relationships. Each referral source differs with regard to pain points, leaving doulas uncomfortable sharing their important services.
End-of-life doulas working alone without support from at least one, or a community of local doulas, may struggle to consistently provide high-quality care if they are unable to pace themselves from the unpredictable timing of patient needs and death. Collaboration offers essential resources and peer support, helping to sustain their practice effectively.
INTRODUCING...

Step into the realm of work where your compassion and expertise
hold valuable currency.
The healthcare landscape has expanded to include roles like independent patient advocates, health navigators, companion care agencies, and more,
all privately paid.
Dismiss the notion that there is no financial potential in doula work.
It's not about the field; it's about education, presentation and packaging.

"Trust me - this is the support and guidance you have been looking for!"
"This is the best decision I've made since I became and end-of-life doula
"This hit the sweet spot of what was missing"

I got the courage to take ownership of the skills I had learned, including how to become an integrated member of an end-of-life care-team, and launch my own, independent, End-of-Life Specialist business. I am so honored to have the opportunity to provide this service to people in need, and so grateful to Patty for inspiring me to follow this path in life.”

You could talk about mud and I would sign up. How may I best give back to you? With all sincerity, I truly mean. You have been one of the greatest gifts - just had to share!

Your training is just excellent, insightful and profound! I want to thank you for such a transcendent and life changing course! Thank you times ten from my heart.
The Profitable Pathways program is more than a typical course—it's an evolving, dynamic membership designed to support you continuously. Unlike a traditional course that is over once you complete it, this program regularly updates with new content added to the course portal, including weekly coaching and Q&A sessions that are also recorded and stored in your content library. Think of this membership as a business lifeline or an insurance policy, providing you the necessary support whenever you need it, whether you're growing your business or seeking doula employment opportunities.
You pay once to join, then a yearly renewal keeps your membership active: access to new modules, coaching, and a community of working doulas. The join price is $1497 right now, normally $1997. After that, the membership renews at $424 a year.
Because this isn't a one-and-done course. The renewal is what keeps it alive: new content, the weekly coaching, and the community.
Coaching like this usually runs somewhere between $125 and $250 an hour. With the membership you get more than four hours of it every month, plus the community to carry you between calls. The whole thing is $424 a year. That works out to about $35 a month, less than one lunch out. It's the rare professional-development line item that's genuinely easy to justify.
You can stop renewing anytime. If you do, you keep lifetime access to the first 10 modules. You'd lose the weekly coaching, the content updates, and the community. If you come back later, you pick up the current portal, coaching, and community at the renewal rate in effect at the time you renew.
This program is self-paced, allowing you to move through the material on your own schedule without a set timeframe. For those who have already established their businesses, certain modules may require less in-depth exploration compared to others. If you're just starting out, we recommend progressing through the available modules in sequence, as this will best prepare you to begin offering your services. Since this is an ongoing membership, new content will continually be provided. You can start from the beginning or from any module that meets your immediate needs, but make sure to at least review each module to fully benefit from the program.
You get weekly coaching and Q&A through the membership. This is one the best parts of the program, as it allows you to address issues, pose questions, and explore new methods within a group setting enriched by valuable feedback. While one-on-one coaching has its advantages, the collective insights from a group, especially from those who have faced similar situations, can be incredibly helpful. Often, solutions emerge more quickly thanks to the dynamics of group interaction.
Two different jobs. My Foundational Death Doula Training teaches you how to be a death doula: the skills, the presence, the bedside work. Profitable Pathways teaches you how to build the business around it: clients, referrals, fees, employment. If you want to become a doula, start with the training. If you're already a doula and ready to build or grow a practice, start here.
Yep! Our fast action price is a special offer designed to reward those who are ready to commit and take advantage of this unique opportunity early on. This limited-time pricing reflects not only a significant value but also our way of saying thank you to our early adopters who are as excited as we are to embark on this journey. We don’t offer discounts throughout the year, like Black Friday specials or sales like that. This is our discount approach and best offer so you can get that up front. Once it is gone, you will not see this price again - but you will still have a chance to get it at the full price.
You could. Plenty of doulas try, and most of the ones I talk to spent a lot of time and money on trial and error before they went looking for a better way. Going it alone is the slow, expensive route. For less than you'd spend cobbling together a handful of private sessions, you get the whole program, plus Christy, Patty and the community, ongoing.
You've thought about starting a doula practice but stalled, or you want support as you begin.
You've been a caregiver to someone and know you can do this important work
You are a healthcare professional looking to leave a corporate environment, and better serve patients
You're simply drawn here and want to see what's possible.

You're looking for overnight success
You're not willing to put in the effort or take advantage of the many resources available
You are not willing to go outside your comfort zone
You have no small reserve of money to invest in your business and yourself

So, You've Got THREE Choices
Not purchasing is a decision in itself. By not joining the program, you're making a deliberate choice to continue experiencing the frustrations that occur when there
is no guidance, mentorship
or support
You sure could figure it out, but going that route leads to missed opportunities, big time delays and actual lost income, while trying a hit or miss approach. Cutting down the learning curve gets you where you want to go, faster!
On the other hand, choosing to join the program means taking proactive steps towards overcoming those frustrations and achieving your goals. It signifies a commitment to change and growth AND we're here for you!
Choice #3 is the BEST CHOICE because you get to do the work you LOVE while getting paid for it, all with support and resources!
